Cicli Bonanno and Oskar Oatbar first met when Gabriel requested us to build an Italo Disco Plus.
Gabriel is a passionate cyclist, attentive to details, and a connoisseur of the artisan world of frame building, his inclination to "crafts" does not stop at the bicycle, but by natural extension also in his work.
Oskar Oatbar is the reality created by Gabriel around the idea of a new sports snack identity,
100% organic and handmade.
Its recipes finally meet, in our opinion, the needs of different types of cyclists, from the endurance series to the everyday series to the more specific race/training one, maintaining throughout the line a mix of flavors and textures new in sports nutrition, from juicy to salty to sweet-spicy, including such ingredients as cardamom, pistacchio, and turmeric.
An entirely Gabriel creation, from the product idea to the unmistakable graphic style that he, as a designer, was able to develop independently and according to his aesthetic vision.

Oskar is an active supporter of several cycling scenes and his passion for performance brings him very close to several amateur riders such as Lorenz Gohlke.
Lorenz, known to his friends as Enzo, is a cyclist and photographer from Munich with whom Gabriel often collaborates on his projects, such as the recent "100 oatbars" project that you can find here.
The recipe is always the same for the Futomaki Disc.
This frame incorporates all the experience of the workshop and contemporary steel technologies, for what is our answer to the needs of a demanding cyclist regarding speed, responsiveness, and handling.
Gabriel supports Enzo in his season of races and appointments.
The Futomaki in question was designed for him in this setup.
These collaborations are always inspiring and fun
The encounter with Oskar's reality, beyond friendship, confirms the direction of two similar visions, the relentless pursuit of product quality and the tireless dedication necessary for developing a small brand.
